RETURNS POLICY:

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes ordering the wrong size, color, style, or for the reasons noted below under refunds. We are not Lord Jeffrey Bezos at Amazon (just yet ~ wink wink), and we do not have the capacity to process returns or exchanges. However, it is important to us that you are satisfied with you order, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues or have concerns.  

  • MEASURE CAREFULLY: Instead of selecting your normal size, please always measure carefully based on the size chart and/or information we provide on sizing. This will ensure the size you selected is accurate based on the product measurements provided.  
  • OUR GUARANTEE: It is important to us that you have a fantastic experience shopping with us. Upon receiving your order, if you have any issues or concerns, please know that it is our top priority to assist you. We guarantee to take care of you in the Glo Universe, and if for any reason you're not having a good time, not Glo'n as fiercely as you could be, well then we promise to make it right. REFUND POLICY:

We firmly stand by the products that we sell and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please email us at CustomerService@LetMeGlo.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues and make it right. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of when your order was delivered. To qualify for a refund, products must be unused, in the same condition you received it (no visible signs of wear and tear), and with its original packaging. If you contact us after 14 days we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand there may be exceptions, so please never hesitate to reach out if you have any issues whatsoever with our products. 

  • REFUNDS: In the event that you encounter any of the following issues, we will work with you to issue a refund. Please note, often times we may request that you send a photo to us for confirmation of said issue:
    • You received the wrong size/color/style from what you ordered. 
    • Your items were damaged in transit.
    • Any electronic item you bought stopped working. Please email us immediately if your electronic product stops working for any reason.
    • You did not receive your order within 30 days.
      • We ask that you please wait up to 30 days before requesting a refund, as your order may still be on the way. After 30 days, if you have not received your order we will refund you. Please note products should not take 30 days to deliver, and when this occurs it's likely due to unexpected shipping/postal delays.
      • Almost all orders arrive within 8-18 days (7-15 days shipping, with 1-3 days processing). We have a handful of specialty products that ship within 12-18 days, and require 1-3 days processing. For these orders, it could take up to 21 days to receive. All of our product pages list the shipping and processing times.   
  • WHAT WE WILL NOT REFUND: 
    • You ordered the wrong color, size, or style.
    • You changed your mind and don't want it anymore.
    • All lingerie and jewelry sales are final (unless one of the above issues occur, which in that case please email us and we will take care of it). 
    • Items with obvious signs of use:
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be deemed not refundable. 
    • Any item beyond the 14 day eligible refund window (noting there may be some exceptions with electronic products). 
      • Our tracking information shows the order was delivered to the address provided (after delivery, what happens on your premise we have no control over, please contact your local post office). 
      • Our tracking information shows one of the following alerts was issued when attempting to deliver your order: incorrect/insufficient address (you provided the wrong address at checkout), no such number, recipient unknown, refused, no safe delivery location, or do not pick up in time (if a note was left for you to pick up your delivery). 
      • Any gift cards purchased are non-refundable.
      • Force Majeure Law: Let Me Glo LLC takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by an act of god, including but not limited to: pandemic/epidemic situation, severe weather (earthquakes, flood, heavy snow, major storms, natural disasters), unprecedented workforce strikes. However, if a situation like this does arise and there is an issue with your order we will contact you directly to discuss this. 
    • IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES:  
      • We may issue a partial refund depending on the issue, as each circumstance may differ. 
      • We may have you ship the product back to us, and we will provide you with the shipping label. If this occurs, we reserve the right to hold the refund until we receive your product. 

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE): 

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at CustomerService@LetMeGlo.com. We will reply within 24-48 hours of hearing from you.

    SHIPPING POLICY:

      • We are currently delivering to the United States only (no international, Canada, or Mexico deliveries at this time). 
      • Almost all orders arrive within 8-18 days (7-15 days shipping, with 1-3 days processing). We have a handful of specialty products that ship within 12-18 days, and require 1-3 days processing. For these orders, it could take up to 21 days to receive. All of our product pages clearly list the shipping and processing times. However, as noted, please allow up to 30 days to receive your order due to potential shipping, processing, and postal service delays.
      • Tracking information will be provided upon placing an order, usually within 1-5 days. 
        • At the bottom of our website you can select "Track Your Order" and get the latest information on the status of your delivery. 
        • Please note, sometimes it can take 5-7 days for the tracking number to display the status of the delivery. If after 7 days you are still not receiving details about your order tracking after entering your tracking code, please reach out to us and we will ensure your order has been shipped and is on the way.
