Tracking information for orders is normally provided within 1-5 days, so please account for this time before requesting tracking information. 


  • We are currently delivering to the United States only (no international, Canada, or Mexico deliveries at this time). 
  • Almost all orders arrive within 8-18 days (7-15 days shipping, with 1-3 days processing). We have a handful of specialty products that ship within 12-18 days, and require 1-3 days processing. For these orders, it could take up to 21 days to receive. All of our product pages list the shipping and processing times.
  • In the event of shipping, processing, or postal service delays, we ask that you please allow up to 30 days total to receive your order. If you have not received your order after 30 days, please review our Refund page and contact us about getting a refund issued. 
  • Tracking information will be provided upon placing an order, usually within 1-5 days.
